1Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to QQGalaxy. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the QQGalaxy platform, including the website and mobile app. By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all of these terms.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with QQGalaxy, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is fully prohibited by law.
• During registration, you must provide your full name, address, date of birth, and contact details accurately.
• Each individual may hold only one QQGalaxy account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• QQGalaxy may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

After registration, QQGalaxy will send a confirmation message. Your account may not be active until this message is received.

3Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on QQGalaxy at all times:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless QQGalaxy itself declares the match or event void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are accepted at those odds, QQGalaxy reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or void the bet and return the stake.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, the original stake will be refunded in accordance with QQGalaxy's rules.
• QQGalaxy is not liable for any losses resulting from internet delays during live betting.
• If one event in an accumulator or combo bet is cancelled, the remaining events will stand and the bet will continue.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing or any other dishonest activity will result in immediate account closure.

4Payment & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on QQGalaxy are governed by the following rules:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Using another person's Mobile Pay, Nagad, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• At least one successful deposit is required before a withdrawal can be made.
• QQGalaxy complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Identity verification may be required for any unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take longer.
• If a deposit fails due to incorrect information, the refund policy of the relevant payment provider will apply.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All QQGalaxy bonuses and promotions are governed by the following general terms. Specific conditions for each offer are listed separately.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only. Each person is eligible to receive this bonus once.
• A specified rollover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is clearly stated on each offer.

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Any attempt to breach or compromise QQGalaxy's systems or security.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

QQGalaxy uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. QQGalaxy reserves the right to report any detected prohibited activity to the relevant authorities.

7Responsible Gaming

QQGalaxy believes betting is for entertainment only. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time.
• You have the option to exclude yourself from QQGalaxy for a set period or permanently (self-exclusion).

8Account Closure & Suspension

If you have a dispute with QQGalaxy, please follow the steps below:

• If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, request escalation to senior management.
• The final decision on all disputes rests with QQGalaxy.

Complaints regarding betting results must be submitted within 30 days of the match ending. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
